We are located on the Côte d’Azur which brings together excellent areas such as Nice (5th largest city in France in terms of population), Monaco, Cannes, Grasse or Sophia Antipolis, the first and largest European technopolis.

The Côte d’Azur Blockchain Stampede is the 3rd Hub created after the Wyoming Blockchain Stampede and the Lyon Blockchain Stampede.

We are really excited to be part of the blockchain revolution and we’re eager to promote globally as a partnering hub of the International Blockchain Stampede ‘s collective. But we also intend to have our roots in our region to capture and share locally the economic value creation induce by blockchain.

Our main focus is to promote the practical and operational implementation of blockchain.

INNOVATION

The Côte d’Azur is today a land of innovation and multi-sector industries in many sectors such as Tourism, perfumery, Health, Smart Cities (with Nice in the world top 15 of Smart Cities), Biotech or CleanTech and on many technologies with more than 3,000 researchers, 8 technological clusters working on future technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

We are also among the 4 territories in France labeled 3IA which promote projects collaborative efforts between companies, academics and researchers.

To conclude, the Côte d’Azur is a welcoming land for people but also for businesses with more than 2,000 companies with foreign capital which employ 36,000 people of 68 nationalities.
