Conference summary

Topic: Some keys to understanding legal regulations related to Blockchain and cryptoassets

Blockchain is a new technology that wants to be decentralized and deregulated.

However, national and international institutions still wish to establish a legal framework.

Some countries like France have established standards that should be understood before wanting to set up a “Blockchain / Crypto” project.

The legal framework for this field is not yet perfectly established and risks already exist, making legal expertise essential.
